Shipping Policy

 Domestic (Within India) :

  • Shipping charges are flat Rs 100/- all over India.
  • We use DTDC and India Speed Post to deliver. 
  • Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the date of order.
  • Shipping in India is usually within 4-7 working days. Delivery may be delayed due to the ongoing COVID situation.
  • Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 
  • Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
  • There might be delays due to incomplete address/ incorrect phone number provided by the customer and if the shipping company is unable to reach the customer. All delays and returns in such case is the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We do not offer COD.

International (Outside India) :

  • International shipping charges are calculated depending upon the location and the weight of the parcel.
  • The rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Shipping time varies depending on the location. Typically it take 10-15 days minimum. But it may take longer for reasons like customs which is beyond our control. If you have any specific timeline please do write to us before ordering.
  • Any custom taxes/charges levied has to be borne by the customer. We will not be able to suggest these charges beforehand. 
  • We use India Speed Post to deliver internationally.
  • If for any reason customer doesn't accept/claim the delivery , we will not be liable for any refund.
