Cancellation & Refund policy
We take utmost care to ensure the quality check of the product shipped to you. We urge you to ensure sizing, color and other related information before placing the order. We try and mention all possible information on our website. Feel free to message/email us with any queries you might have.
- Returns and exchanges are ONLY accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you have received the incorrect product.
- No cancellations allowed once the order is placed.

In case of a return due to damage or incorrect product we request
- Please email us at sales@kevadesign.com with a photograph of the product and the package within 24 hours of receipt .
- Once we approve the return, you will have to ship the jewelry back. Kindly note, shipping in this case is not refundable and has to be borne by customer.

We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account.
Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment.
