Handcrafted in India, where silver meets moonlight.
Chandni means moonlight, and these earrings have that soft glow of pearls against oxidised silver. They bring together two of India’s best-loved earring styles, the bali hoop and the jhumka, in one heirloom-style pair.
A slim 925 sterling silver hoop is wrapped by hand with clusters of real freshwater pearls, each one tied on with fine silver wire so they gather in a soft, full cluster. Below them hangs an oxidised silver jhumka, decorated with scrolling wirework and tiny granulated dots, with its own fringe of freshwater pearls that sway as you move.
Because they’re freshwater pearls, every one has its own slightly organic shape and gentle shine, so no two pairs are exactly alike.
Wear them with a silk or handloom saree, a lehenga for weddings and sangeet, or a crisp white kurta. They also look effortlessly cool with a black dress or denim for an Indo-western twist. They make a beautiful gift for brides, bridesmaids, and anyone who loves classic pieces with a bit of an edge.
What makes it special:
- Real freshwater pearls, each one with its own natural shape and shine
- 925 sterling silver, oxidised to bring out the jhumka’s details
- Hand wire-wrapped pearl cluster on a bali hoop
- Two traditional styles, bali and jhumka, in one earring
- Works with bridal, festive and Indo-western outfits

Care: Put on perfume, lotion and hairspray first, and your earrings last. Wipe the pearls gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry them. Don’t use silver dip or ultrasonic cleaners, because they damage pearls and strip the oxidised finish. Store in a pouch on their own so the pearls don’t get scratched.
Note: Freshwater pearls are natural, so small differences in shape and size are part of their beauty.
