One of a kind, made by hand, inspired by the deserts of India.

In Rajasthan, Gujarat and Kutch, the taweez has been worn close to the heart for generations. It’s an amulet, a keepsake and a quiet protector. Village silversmiths made these little barrel-shaped charms for brides, travellers and mothers, and each one was meant to carry a blessing.

Our Taweez Hasli brings that heritage into today’s wardrobe. The barrel pendant is handcrafted in oxidised 925 sterling silver, with dome-shaped ends, finely notched borders and two small sparkling stones set in the centre. A cluster of tiny silver ghungroo bells hangs underneath and jingles softly when you move. It’s hung from a star-stamped bail on a slim silver wire hasli that sits neatly around the collarbone.

It’s minimal but full of story. Wear it with a handloom saree for a festive day, or with a crisp shirt dress, linen co-ord or plain black top for an easy Indo-western, boho look. It’s one of those pieces you’ll keep reaching for.

What makes it special:

  • One of a kind. The pendant is handmade, so no two are exactly the same.
  • A traditional taweez amulet design from Rajasthani and Kutchi tribal jewellery
  • Oxidised 925 sterling silver, not plated metal
  • Slim wire hasli that’s light enough to wear every day
  • Works with ethnic, Indo-western and boho outfits

Why 925 Silver
Our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver. Prized for centuries across India, it is strong, timeless and kind to sensitive skin.
In Ayurveda and Indian tradition, silver is valued for its cooling, therapeutic qualities. Its rich shine develops a beautiful patina with age, and a quick polish brings back its sparkle.
To keep it bright, wear it often and store it sealed and dry when you’re not wearing it.
Keep it away from perfume, lotions and chlorinated or salt water.

Note: This piece is handmade, so small irregularities are part of its soul.
